Signing in
- Open the PlanB app and enter your store code, username and password.
- PlanB accounts are created by store owners. There is no public sign-up; if you do not have an account, ask the owner of your store.
- If you cannot sign in or have forgotten your password, contact your store owner or email us.
Managing staff access
Store owners add staff, assign roles and deactivate access from the Users screen in the PlanB app. Deactivated users can no longer sign in to that store.
